About Westbourne Apartments
Studio, One Bedroom, Three Bedroom, Four Bedroom, and Five Bedroom Apartments just off of North Campus. Westbourne Apartments are a beautifully landscaped residential apartment complex with unique park-like walkways, located in the heart of Cornell Heights, a distinctive, historically-designated "suburb" of Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. We offer a very safe and secure environment for our residents. Our dedication to, and concern for, safety extends beyond our premier Ithaca location. Our fire alarm system consists of state of the art protection, with fire boxes wired directly to 911 and recent inspections with updated Certificate of Occupancy. The apartments are located two blocks from the admissions building on Thurston Avenue, which translates to a very short picturesque walk to campus. Westbourne Apartments are occupied primarily by Cornell undergraduate and graduate students, and locally owned and managed by concerned Cornell alumni. We pride ourselves on our extensive and intimate knowledge of the skills required to care for the residential needs of Cornell undergrad and grad students. We are currently in our fourth generation of apartment management in Ithaca, and as Cornell University Alumni we have a long history of affiliation with Cornell.
