Maintenance is NON EXHISTANT. They NEVER answer the phone or return a message. If you don't come in a physically fill out some form they can't be bothered. I leave the house at 6am and home about 6pm. The office is closed. I have to take a day off to get anything even started. GOD forbid i want to be present when they are there and have to take ANOTHER day off to get it done!

If you are considering renting in this facility....DON'T. It has been nothing but a nightmare since day 1. It is like pulling teeth to get someone to return a phone call. No one will give you a phone number to contact management with any concerns either. My daughter got her keys to her rental place 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting to get her mail box key. 3 weeks and no mail. NO ONE knows what the other one is doing and no one has a answer. Plus when she got her keys the place was supposed to ...
of ben cleaned by a cleaning crew. Well there was mold in the refrigerator and freezer. We showed pictures to the office and they "emailed" their cleaning company. Still nothing. Move in day came and we had to clean the mold from the refrigerator and vacuum and sweep the floor that they left a message. Finally 2 weeks after her living there here comes a knock on the door...Yep the cleaning crew. Save yourself the headaches. Look elsewhere.
