I was a tenant for a year. Within that year a car was stolen in the parking lot, the vending machine in the laundry room got broken into, and the driveway was unkept during multiple weather related events despite onsite (yet not present) management. Besides from the lack of care and communication towards tenants, every unit has paper thin walls, floors, and ceilings, so be prepared to hear your neighbor cough from smoking drugs all day and night.
