November 15, 2023Under new ownership. Raised the rent and forced current residents to either sign a one year lease or be out within 30 days. Many older people planned to retire there but could not afford the rent and had to leave. Maintenance is a JOKE. Apartments are trashed and said they’re not planning to do any upgrades to the apartments. Don’t do it.Review from Apartments.com
Nice place, close to everything
August 19, 2015Westchester Square have very nice apartments at a reasonable price with ultilies included. Located just off Mahoning Aveand near Raccoon Rd so everything is very closeReview from Apartments.com
