The Office Manager is happy when the tenants are happy. Lots of happy people here. Should something need fixing the Maintenance Person gets the work done quickly and done right. The location could not be better. We are close too schools, stores and hospitals. The area is very residential so we have peace and quiet here. I am starting my sixth year here and hopefully I ...will have lots more so my place will not be available but call the Office Mgr. I think she will be able to help you.. Our landlady is very efficient and reasonable to talk to and very helpful when situations arise that are out of any body's hands. Gave it four stars because there is no pool or gym, however the rent rates are reasonable so that you can sign up in a decent gym or YMCA.

I was honest about my situation and explained that I had a few discrepancies and the reason why.
