      Westchester Apartment complex is the place too call home. I really can't think of anything that I could complain about. The Office Manager is happy when the tenants are happy. Lots of happy people here. Should something need fixing the Maintenance Person gets the work done quickly and done right. The location could not be better.       It's been a nice experience here at Westchester Apartments in Kenosha. Our landlady is very efficient and reasonable to talk to and very helpful when situations arise that are out of any body's hands. Gave it four stars because there is no pool or gym, however the rent rates are reasonable so that you can sign up in a decent gym or YMCA.
