Poor service and unfriendly

The employees of this establishment are hostile whenever there is an issue to be addressed. They feel that any issue is a personal attack on them when it could be something as simple as getting plumbing fixed. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. It feels like you could be kicked out of your apartment at any time for no reason, because you can.

The pictures online do make the apartments look a little nicer than they really are but I don't have many complaints. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The day I moved in they took note of any damages or relpairs and had them immediately fixed. There is laundry located at the bottom of every building or you may use the laundromat down the street if you have larger loads and want to wash faster. Parking can sometimes be difficult at night but if you do have to park a couple buildings down ...
the walk is very short to your building. There are animal friendly buildings for those with pets or buildings that don't allow animals for those who would prefer to be housed away from others pets. There is a free workout facility, tennis courts and two swimming pools. Every apartment has a balcony and the rooms are decently sized. I live in a one bedroom and its 735$ a month which is a little pricey but cheaper than the luxury apartments in town; most of which don't have one bedrooms to offer. The location is great because it's just minutes from the Kansas State campus and Bill Snyder football field. Aggieville and downtown Manhattan are only about 10 minutes away. There is a target and Walmart near for grocery shopping and a gas station within walking distance of the apartments. It is a little pricey to have pets with all of the deposits you have to pay and monthly fees but most all apartments here have expensive requirements for pets or don't allow them at all. My apartment was fully cleaned with new carpet when I got here so it was move in ready without the hassle of having to clean the place before bringing in furniture. Friendly neighbors in the area, most of which are younger couples or singles attending Kansas state. This apartment is great for a starter home. Direct withdrawals are provided so your rent automatically comes out every month and you don't have to worry about remembering to pay on time. Water and electric bills are separate from rent and they use the company Westar Energy. Plenty of banks are near. For cable and internet I reccomend AT&T u-verse or cox. Dish and direct tv are not available in some of the apartments because the trees get in the way of the satellite connection.
