Refund my admin fee??
June 10, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThis is the first review I’m writing in my entire life. It’s been 2 months since this property is unable to refund my admin fee per their policy. If you apply for an apartment there’s a $300 refundable admin fee if you do not get the apartment. Every time I call they either hang up or send it to voice mail. I have succeeded to have them twice on the phone and both times they have given me the same answer “ your name and number has been sent to the manager to process your payment” yet I have not ...received my money. Whoever the manager is - please refund my money. To deduct that money was very easy and I expected the refund to be easy too. Do not make me drive over there. However it's the apartment where you live that needs to be updated in terms of the roach problem, the mouse problem. April 14, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comUnprofessional since day one , I had to go to the management company to get help. I wish the staff was better overall. I moved in and nobody was aware that my wife and I were supposed to. The new apartment they gave us was extremely dirty and broke. I love the potential of what it can be but just a few things need to change here.
