March 28, 2026I'm finding the place to be ok not too noisy for now, my only problem is that the weed smells, in the hallway and inside the apartment, I have to been buying air fresheners but overall the place is clean, sometimes people have been leaving their dogs poop ?? in the hallway, and that's disgusting.Review from Apartments.com

February 18, 2026Westchester Pavilion Apartments looked great at first, but within five days of moving in, I’ve experienced multiple serious issues. The building is supposed to be secure with key fob or buzzer access, yet the entry door has been broken since day one, creating safety concerns. Inside the unit, both toilets were not functioning at move-in. The washing machine does not work and makes a loud ringing noise. A loft light fixture fell down. Kitchen cabinet shelves were sitting on the floor due to ...missing pegs. Ceiling fans are dirty especially the one in the livingroom which is more than 20 ft high, and the master bedroom fan rocks and squeaks so badly it feels unsafe. The bathroom door will not latch, and visible nail holes were never patched. It’s clear the unit was not properly inspected before occupancy. Five days later, I’m still waiting on maintenance. The property has potential, but the maintenance and quality control process needs serious improvement.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026I love the staffing, parking and amazing walking area around park in front of my building for my furbabies. During the summer I loved going to the pool almost everyday. Now, I enjoy the gym or walking. I like that there is a grooming station for furbabies bath time. The valet trash pick up is wonderful even though few times they missed our trash. January 22, 2026My stay has been rewarding. The atmosphere and, mostly, good neighbors is comforting plus. Occasionally, people put trash in places it should not be!! However, my overall experiences@ Watp remains attractive and appealing to me! I am content living at my complex. October 30, 2025Overall a pretty nice place. Much better than others, but not without faults. We waited more than 3 months and after 3 repalacements of our AC system it finally was fixes, and half of the amenties are down currently, but the leasing staff treats you like a human being, so its an upgrade over other apartments Ive lived at, and there are no roaches.Property Manager Responded

The management team leads with heart, and the maintenance staff is responsive, skilled, and always respectful. It’s rare to ...find a place where people genuinely care about your well-being—and here, they do. This has been the perfect fit for my lifestyle. I’ve reconnected with my adult children, watched my four amazing granddaughters grow, and shared joy with our beloved grand-dogs.
