Good Place
September 2, 2015Sawgrass, and the Westdale Hills apartment community in general, is actually pretty good for the price. I live in a one-bedroom, 700 sq. ft. apartment, and I only pay $525 a month, going up to $570 when my lease is renewed. It's still going to be the cheapest apartment this side of 820, the A/C always works, the work crews are quick to fix any problems you have, and the staff is accommodating and friendly. I'm 20 minutes from Downtown Fort Worth, 25 minutes from Uptown Dallas, 15 minutes from ...the airport and 15 minutes from the stadiums in Arlington. The only complaints that one might lodge are that the washers and dryers are dodgy at best, the pool is basically never open if you work past 5 PM, and the traffic lights in this area are a little ridiculous, as most are signed "No Right on Red." It is a little bit longer than convenient a drive to a grocery store, but if you're okay with 10-15 minutes, you've got Target, Wal-Mart, and Aldi to the north, and Tom Thumb and Whole Foods to the south. July 21, 2015The westdale hills community is very well kept and great to live at. they always have something going on. its a great place to live with a family or just a couple. they have tons of pools and playgrounds. they also have great schools around the apartments. the lawns are kept up and when you need something fixed they could be there really fast and get it done.Review from Apartments.com

All you need to know
July 21, 2015This is a great building for just a couple or for a family. The neighborhood is very friendly, there are bbq's and fun going on most of the month. There is a park that is not too far down the road for kids to play or if you just want to exercise. The apartment on the inside is very nice and roomy. Also there are a ton of pools you can go swimming in. A golf course and a pond you can fish in. Its wonderful!Review from Apartments.com
