January 27, 2025Neighborhood feels safe, neighbors are quiet and pleasant. Everyone in the leasing office is kind and helpful. The apartments themselves are spacious and have ample storage. I love having a private balcony. But I have been unsatisfied with the quality of the amenities, especially now that we are being charged an extra $50 amenity fee per month on top of rent AND all the utilities. I use the gym a lot and it looks like it's never cleaned, and it could use a place to hang/store belongings while ...working out. When the gym equipment breaks it takes months for things to be fixed. The appliances in the apartments themselves are TINY and very outdated. And maintenance usually takes 3 visits to actually resolve problems, most issues are given bandaid solutions multiple times before they actually come back to solve things. But all the workers are very respectful and pleasant. Overall I like living here. But these issues keep me from rating 5 stars.Property Manager Responded

January 13, 2025Apartments themselves are okay. The floors are insanely loud and creaky. Maintenance and the leasing office staff do the bare minimum. They have updated some of the gym equipment, but the other amenities are either out of date or are useless.Property Manager Responded

December 10, 2024Pricey for what you get. Noisy neighbors and the walls are extremely thin. Everything has 500 layers of paint over it. Washer/dryer are not full size. Bathroom is small. My apartment had broken glass and screws hiding in the carpet when I moved in, so they obviously did not clean. Also the toilet had mold in the bowl, and kitchen cabinets had grease spatter on them. Also dead bugs in the carpet/windowsills. So clearly they do not clean before turning the apartment over.Property Manager Responded

November 12, 2024Living here is very relaxing. Considering all the traffic on Chantilly it's tolerable. Residents are respectful, considerate and kind. The children in my building are respectful. I'm close to family, friends and my church. Staff is amazing and always willing to assist. I'm blessed!Property Manager Responded

September 6, 2024I love living here. The office staff are amazing, and they help me live here comfortably. I have mobility and stability problems. Living at 292 Bloomsbury became difficult, due to the landscape. When I inquired about another ground floor apartment with an on-level parking lot, they leapt into action and found my current place. They also take care of any maintenance issues in a timely manner. Westerlee has been a true blessing to me.Property Manager Responded
