Great Price for What you Get!
October 7, 2018I lived at Westerly Shores for a year 2017-2018 and I really liked the remodeled units, they have washer and dryer hookups which is very hard to find these days for a reasonable price!! The floors had linoleum wood looking floors and It came with a stove and refrigerator. I have lived all over Oxnard and Westerley Shores is not a bad place at all. It is mostly families and couples from what I could see. They added new landscape and the complex is clean. I parked my car in my assigned space and ...used the pool area and I had no issues. Amanda the manager is a reasonable lady. She has done a lot to improve the community and for the price it’s worth it! Amanda stays on top of the community and that tenants are following community rules. There is nowhere in town where you will get an indoor washer/dryer and a bathroom up and downstairs for the price. It is located across the street from the 99 Cents store, which I found very convenient! People do not bother you. Everyone sticks to themselves. I only moved because I got married and we moved into a house but if not I would have stayed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
February 4, 2016Place is roach and rats infested. Repairs promised to be done was never completed. On-site manager is not professional. She waives some of tge community rules to certain tennants (verified to be her friends). The area itself is not safe. My cars been broken into and the windows smashed. A young girl was attacked in on bedroom. The rent is not reasonable compare to other locations.Review from Apartments.com
