Not worth it
March 23, 2019Charged me the full furnished price when they didn't even provide me with a Full furnished apartment; Bed, 1 recliner chair, small dinning room table with wobbly chairs. Took money out of my deposit for light bulbs that weren't even working when I moved in and for Carpet cleaning that I know I took care of before I left, I was there for 2 months so I know it didn't get the carpet all that dirty, lived alone and never worse shoes inside. January 14, 2017They are not not all that they're advertised to be. The management sucks. Don't do it, you will regret it. I chose one star because there was nothing lower. But they do not even deserve 1 star.Property Manager Responded
October 13, 2017I have many satisfied customer ( Tenants) normally the tenants that are not satisfied are the ones that don't pay the rent or mess up the apartments and don't get there deposit back because of the damages done to the apartment. Almost all my tenants are good tenants you just get some tenants that don't want to do what they need to do. All we ask is that you pay the rent and don't destroy the apartment. I am sorry to say that you get a few tenants that think once they move into the apartment that they can do anything that they want. Every tenant that moves in views the apartment they will be moving into they have a chance to see every apartment I have and choose the one they like or the one in their price range. I have a fantastic maintenance crew they do a good job when something breaks and needs to be fixed. I wish all the luck to this person and hope they find what they are looking for.
