This APARTMENT COMPLEX NEED SERIOUS HELP!
April 1, 2023To say this a Housing authority its NOT being taken care of. For starters there’s over 15 vacant apartments which hasnt been renovated nor properly maintenance in over 20+ years. There’s barely working laundry facility! It seems no one want to have a voice to get this apartment complex the attention is REQUIRES! Old appliances roach infested. Plenty of safe and health hazards living here! They need to be attended to immediately . The WORST place in Dequincy
April 14, 2020There is trash everywhere thrown by people living in apartments not on their lease. We had people living in the parking lot now 6+ people in one bedroom apartments. No maintenance and the influx of people throw trash and everyone is fines for it. No one is dealing with the issue. Music and people running around all day and night. No sound insulation so you can’t even make a phone call in your own apartment due to the noise. Stay away.Review from Apartments.com
