March 30, 2024No storage, very noisy, I shared a kitchen vent with my neighbor (who smoked crack) no in unit laundry or trash chute so you have to haul both down stairs to the basement. Packages often get stolen since they just sit in the front forge. There’s a code on the door to get in but I have found it’s easy for randoms to just walk in and wander the halls.Review from Apartments.com
less than paper thin walls
February 4, 2022Not a single thing is insulated. The upstairs neighbors sounded like they could fall through the floor at any moment. I could hear my neighbors take a shower as if it were happening in my living room. Can’t keep the noise out, can’t keep the heat in. It’s over priced and there is zero parking. The ring that was supposed to hold the shower curtain up couldn’t hold its own weight. The light from the bank sign outside kept my whole apartment extremely well lit 24/7 making sleep that much more ...difficult. But hey, if you like noise, deception, and throwing money away, you might like it. It is vintage and kinda pretty.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
