A Great Place for City Living
March 15, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived in Westfield Lofts for over 16 years. I’ve been very happy here - especially with the current management team. They have been very responsive to all and every request for maintenance or any other issue I may have had. Things have always been resolved in a timely manner. The Lofts are in an ideal location. It’s close to restaurants, parks, hospitals, shopping, etc. Downtown Providence is within walking and biking distance for those who may not want to drive. The bus stops are a few ...blocks down the street. The neighbors are friendly and I have felt safe here. Currently, management has been continuing on improving the property and always finding ways to make life here pleasant. I give the staff and maintenance team a 5 star rating!Read More

July 8, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThe maintenance staff is nice. Otherwise, this is possibly the most poorly managed location I have rented in my 18 years of renting in the Providence area. The noise is almost unbearable on some days. I have used Siri to identify songs playing in cars driving by and I live on the fourth floor. I hear personal conversations of my neighbors. The security here is horrendous. There are multiple signs stating that the video is under video surveillance. However, there are no cameras in the parking lot ...and management always refuses to provide anything else. I actually know two residents who had their cars vandalized in the main lot, and management would not look at the video. Also, the area is filled with crime. I have witnessed multiple drug deals behind the building and see drug paraphernalia (pipes & bottles) littering the lot. If only management cared.Read More
Student Sanctuary
August 4, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI moved into the lofts a little more than a year ago. I am a college student so I was looking for somewhere that was affordable but nice, these lofts are just that. They have updated kitchens and beautiful exposed brick. Each unit is unique and features high ceilings. The units are also larger than most that I had previously toured. I would recommend the lofts to anyone looking for affordable housing.
