in the summer heat, from third floor to third floor with no air, no lights, and nothing packed. She made me get a new garage, even though my old one was fine. She said that this was because the next person who moved in would want that garage. But, I saw maintenance and staff using it more than anything. The moveout process was a hassle. I am a good tenant. Clean. I was never late for a payment. The garage door remotes are very sensitive and I hit the remote on accident and the garage door came down on my car as I was backing out. Despite this being a huge safety issue, she was going to charge me to replace a garage door panel. What if a small child was there? That door would've come down on the child. But she blamed me for the damage. She was extremely hard to work with when she requested a "final walk through". I explained to her that I moved two hours away and couldn't come back during the day. She made a big deal about this, made it seem nearly impossible to do the "final walk through" on a weekend, even though they are always there on the weekends working on something. I asked for the owner's information so I could talk to them about my security deposit and the garage door panel and how I don't feel I should be charged for that. She refused to respond to my request. So, would I recommend people to move here, that is a very tough call. It is tucked away and a safe place to call home. But Sheila is very picky and bossy about what cleaning supplies to use and how to use them. Which is good because it shows that they care about their property. But the lack of friendliness, understanding and compassion is something to consider. I saw a few reviews where they said Sheila was rude, and I would agree with this. She always made me nervous and uncomfortable and made you feel like you were being watched. If thinking about renting here, proceed with caution. BUT... the neighbors are great. I miss them dearly. And the apartment was nice, updated, spacious and clean.
