We’ve lived here since 2014! Eden and team respond promptly to any and all concerns. Some apartments are dated and some newly remodeled. The living area is spacious and comfortable. The laundry facilities occasionally break down but are promptly fixed. People are friendly and respectful of each other. Usually quiet...occasionally someone tries to test the waters and they don’t last long! When we considered moving our first choice was to move into a newer unit right here. Close to everything! ...

I cannot contact the property manager at all. There’s no security: two men almost started fist fighting outside until I threatened to call the cops. The place was dirty; I found dead bugs, hair, and bits of dirt in the “professionally cleaned” carpet at move in. Finally, the other day my water was going in and out, and I could not get ahold of anyone to address the issue. In the one month I’ve been here, I’ve already had too much go wrong.

My wife and I moved to Villa Vista when we moved to San Diego. Eden, the Property Manager, made the move in easy and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortableness and coziness of our apartment. The only maintenance issue we had was once with the heating and that was fixed right away by the excellent maintenance crew. I found Eden and the rest of the staff to always be friendly, courteous and honest. Very delightful people. The area is safe and close proximity to most areas of San ...

Horrible Here!!! If possible, i’d rate this place 0stars!!!
This apartment manager are so awful!! and they don’t work efficiently. Moved out tow months ago they still didnt give back deposit! I called and emailed so many times but they dont reply!!on contract shows they will give back in 21day but it already past 2 month! I don’t know why they solve problem like this.
So DO NOT RENT here!!! I will go court claim this . BAD !!!!!BAD!!!!!!BAD!!!!!!!!

We moved here as soon as we arrived in SD. Perfect location, large rooms, huge bathrooms, clean playground. Good management. Now, over 40 years later, the landscaping is still beautifully maintained. We bought a house just 4 blocks away in Alcala Knolls. It’s an up and coming community.

I lived here in 2014-2015,
And I just moved back this month- I love it!
Right next to 711 with a gas station, not a busy road, SUPER close to freeways, 10 min to downtown.
Laundry machines work, and plenty of street parking for guests.
Affordable and quiet for the area, perfect central.
