November 15, 2022Worst Experience The apartment is nice. They had an infestation issue... the apartment wasn't even ready on our move in date we had to wait. There was a roach infestation and they tried to intimidate us into staying. Absolutely a horrible experience.Property Manager Responded

February 26, 2021For what you’re paying it’s a pretty good apartment. The staff and maintenance guys are nice and we’re always there to help when needed. The reason for such a low review is there were pretty big roaches and it kinda freaked me out and just in general it wasn’t the safest place to stay. I had more than one sketchy incident where I felt unsafe. I wouldn’t walk my dog at night but other than that it wasn’t terrible.Review from Apartments.com

DO NOT LIVE HERE worst place and customer service
August 25, 2019I made the mistake of moving here 9 months ago. I just finished my second year as a teacher, so I don't have a huge budget. Since this place was significantly cheaper than others in NoVA, I gave it a chance. I should not have!! These apartments are the nastiest I have ever been in. You can hear your neighbors through the walls. The shower will scald you, totally out of nowhere. The tub will start peeling after your first shower or bath (they will charge you $180 when you move out). The carpets ...are old and ratty, but they'll charge you $750 to replace it when you leave. I thought I was just sacrificing a newer building and amenities (no dish washer, no washer drier) but this place took a toll on my quality of life. This neighborhood is not safe. While it is close to grocery stores, as a woman, it is not safe to go alone. I had to be escorted to my car by an employee multiple times as I was followed around the store and harassed. Worst of all was the customer service. One morning, I locked myself out. I called maintenance to be let back in. They informed me their "might be a lock out fee, maybe". I said I was willing to pay a small fee, but it was 10AM, so I doubted it would be a big deal. They charged me a $50 "after hours" lock out fee!! These people will try to cheat you out of money, and if you call, are totally rude and unreasonable. Save yourself the aggrevation and look elsewhere! I love my new apartment, it's beautiful, has all the appliances you could want, is a welcoming community, and has great customer service. Look in Centrevillle!!Property Manager Responded

November 26, 2018It’s not old it’s damaged. Got ripped off. Paint peeling off walls. Floor tiles damaged. Dishonest about water damage , bath tub started cracking. Water damaged cabinets, walls. Ac not working properly. Unsafe for kids. Cheap and poorly managed. No parking and They even had the nerve to mention a rent increase if I stay. September 8, 2017This apartment is not good at all. you can smell weed all over the place. Also, they tow residents car for no valid reasons. Manager are not helpful. They charge more on utilities and services are very poor. Pools are not clean. NO PARKING spaces for residents at all. you need to be by 6 pm to get your parking. July 28, 2015My fiance and I had very little time to find a home after I became pregnant and found we were going to need more space for our new addition. After going over pricing that seemed like a steal, I quickly learned why it was so cheaply offered to us. Apparently they have a very small staff and aren't willing to fix broken things or damages in the home (at move in).
