  • Expensive and no amenities

    Advertise a pool but the pool has not been built yet. No pool! No clubhouse! Expensive without the advertised features!

      Thank you for your feedback. Westgate Townes is currently under construction, and our amenities are being delivered in phases. The pool and brand-new clubhouse are planned for completion in summer 2026! We understand the importance of amenities and strive to be transparent about construction timelines during the leasing process. We appreciate your patience as we continue building and improving the community.
