Nice community
November 4, 2023Lived here for about two years. Nice apartment, and nice neighborhood. My problem was with the neighbor. Thin walls and noisy neighbor made it difficult living here. I made so so many complaints; even called police a few times and nothing was never ever resolved. The property manager was not very helpful at all. I felt she didn’t cared about my concerns. I’m so happy I moved. I’m in a much better and peaceful place. Everything worked out great in the end. A great apartment
July 9, 2019We’ve lived here for over 6 months now and I’ve been very happy with our experience. Whenever we have an issue, the office always fixes the problem as soon as they can and sends maintenance out. There’s a good amount of storage space even for a one bedroom apartment. The lawn is always mowed. The little gym is quite nice and included in rent. Rent is very reasonable and includes a base price for water. August 4, 2017I've only been living here a few months but so far I haven't had one issue arise. I did notice that the hot water nozzle in my shower needed to be tightened or else I wouldn't have hot water, but I never even informed the office about it but I came home one day and it was fixed! February 25, 2017I lived in this community for one year and it's the best apartment. Although it's a small community but they are really quick to resto their tenets. Dawn(property manager) is so friendly. I will definitely recommend this community. In Novi area it is affordable and close to Emagine, Kroger..etc. Only problem is you have to write 1yr lease, they don't do 6months.Review from Apartments.com

I met a lady named Dawn who was very professional and courteous and explained everything so well about the property, the vicinity, the apartments, the application and hold process, and so many things about area apartments and properties otherwise managed by BurtonCarol. I drove around the grounds also and noted the exceptional upkeep of the property.
