Thin walls and noisy neighbor made it difficult living here. I made so so many complaints; even called police a few times and nothing was never ever resolved. The property manager was not very helpful at all. I felt she didn’t cared about my concerns. I’m so happy I moved. I’m in a much better and peaceful place. Everything worked out great in the end. Whenever we have an issue, the office always fixes the problem as soon as they can and sends maintenance out. There’s a good amount of storage space even for a one bedroom apartment. The lawn is always mowed. The little gym is quite nice and included in rent. Rent is very reasonable and includes a base price for water. The only complaint i have is that it isn’t very updated, but i can justify that by the price of ...rent.Read More

I did notice that the hot water nozzle in my shower needed to be tightened or else I wouldn't have hot water, but I never even informed the office about it but I came home one day and it was fixed! These people do care about those who live here and I really appreciate them!

Dawn(property manager) is so friendly. I will definitely recommend this community. In Novi area it is affordable and close to Emagine, Kroger..etc. Only problem is you have to write 1yr lease, they don't do 6months.
