March 27, 2020Roach & bed bug infested, no screens on windows, no seal on the doors, saw a dude get jumped in front of my door, management doesn’t listen to anything, and it’s over priced for how horribly it’s made. Affordable
August 3, 2015Westlake Apartments here in Conway are a part of Lindsey Management, rent is affordable and they offer furnished apartments. It's a older building, but stil in pretty good shape. My only problem is spiders. There seems to be quite a few spiders around our balcony and apartment door. My neighbors can also be heard from downstairs, but that's more of a people problem than managementReview from Apartments.com

August 22, 2015I've been at Westlake apartments for over 2 years and I have been ready to leave for sometime now. The property manager is not very polite and others who work in the office/front office follow suit. It's almost like they don't like working there and they are not enthusiastic about their residents or the property. I've had horrible experiences concerning maintenance. On numerous occasions I've come home (after placing a work order) to an unlocked door. Not only that, my furniture and items were ...often misplaced or thrown to the floor with no care. Once my dishes came up missing and some were moved around. I also had an uncomfortable experience with a maintenance man while walking into the office as he mentioned something to me about the photos I had of myself, family, and friends in my apartment which I thought to be inappropriate. After reporting these things to the corporate tenant relations office I learned that they were not concerned with the issues I listed above. *red flag* Bottom line if you want to be treated with respect as well as your apartment don't rent from Lindsey Management period, but especially not Westlake.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 8, 2015Everything was cleaned when I moved in. The building are sprayed for bugs every three months. When I moved in my dryer wasn't getting hot so I filled out a maintenance request and they got there in about 2 days. No real complaints except for the ground has ruts in some places from the maintenance crews golf cartsReview from Apartments.com
