Poor maintenance
September 15, 2025Upon moving into my apartment 2 fixtures did not have hot water and all the water from the apartment fixtures had a strong sulfur smell. They looked at it and told me it was repaired. When I returned the unit had no hot water at all. They waited till the next day to come out to look at it again. By the end of that day they finally had it repaired, 48 hours later. They had me move into a unit that was not yet livableReview from Apartments.com

They make you pay for parking to live here.
April 7, 2022They will be installing carports for over half of the parking spots, on the property. They are not free! You have to pay $40 a month for the privilege to park under their carport.Review from Apartments.com

August 20, 2021The Mgr. Sharon,Denise, Cynthia and the maintenance crew are Amazing!! 5 stars to you all. It’s a Great community the Staff are friendly, helpful, informative and go above and beyond the call. My friend lives there and When I’m in town to visit it’s always been a pleasure to speak with them. Maintenance are prompt to handle all my friends issues. First time on my own
August 8, 2015The apartment complex I live in is everything and more. The complex is quiet and everyone is always friendly. I really enjoy loving here. Each apartment comes with a washing machine and a microwave, everyone doesn't always have that type of luxury. I just renewed my lease a week ago for a year. Six months went by too fast and I knew a year would be perfect. The apartments are a little on the high end and my rent did go up. I will be paying for rent and school out of pocket but I know it's worth ...it. Now I know why people say "there is nothing like having your own place." These apartments are the worse!!
September 9, 2014I was given a flea infested apartment which the staff cared very little about.They assure me the matter would be resolved, it never was.I paid my move in and next month rent upfront. I never moved me nor my furniture in fearful that it to would become contaminated. I was never afford another apartment.Office manager and assistance especially is lazy and cares nothing about you just your rent! The staff never returns your calls.(3 mos.later) Im paying rent for a place I can't bring my family or ...furniture to. The master showers has what looks like mold around it. My experience living here.
November 12, 2013My husband and I moved in June of 2011 right after we got married. We are moving Nov 30, 2013. We got the bigger 1 bedroom on the first floor facing the water. We absolutely loved it!!!! I kinda don't wanna move..lol. The only reason we are moving is because we have a 15 month old now and its time for more room. I will say the prices are a little high but well worth it! The complex is quite and family oriented. The office staff is very nice and helpful. I was always in there using the computer ...and the fax machine. They were very cool about it. I only had 2 problems the entire time I lived there. We can home from being out of town and a water line busted above the bathroom closet. We called maintenance and they were there immediately. It was on a Sunday night. The second problem we had was our a/c was blowing to high. Our temp was dropping down to 65f at night. Again they came out and took care of the problem right away. The office always has parties at the club house and they are so fun! We used the club house for private parties every summer. The grounds are kept up perfect. Lots of ducks everywhere. We had hardwood floors and lakeview. Great natural lighting in our apt. Like I said I don't want to move!! Staff/Maintenance is horrible
September 6, 2014The good :This place is nice. Apartments are laid out well. The bad: We understand it's any season but this place is ridiculous. We have FIRE ants crawling all over our clothes in our closets and dresser drawers. We've complained to the front office and received no help. May 19, 2014Couple months ago .I went to the office asked them to sealed the edges of the whole house because summer is coming and the aunts are going inside the house .no matter how i swept and clean and spray the apartment they keep coming in.Last yr was terrible summer dealing with the aunts.The office people just keep telling me their gonna send somebody within this week.We are paying a lot.We Pay On time.I told 3 ladies that work in the office but still nothing is DONE.Review from Apartments.com
