Beware renting here...

I had mold in my unit, it was tested and found which I paid out of my own pocket after they refused. I showed them the results and we went back and forth in the end I decided to move out and to my knowledge, I don't believe they repaired the mold problem. So please beware when renting here.

For this particular case, we do have documentation that there were no affected areas as stated above, and we did conduct our own investigation that you were not charged for. We also have documentation that your paint was pro-rated as you only occupied the space for 1 year.
