April 13, 2025Lived here for a year or so but had to move out for unrelated reasons. Never had any issues, the community is nice and clean, prices are affordable. The location is perfect with all your shopping and food needs within a minute or 2 away.Review from Apartments.com

January 26, 2021This place has the gall to charge me a fee of $200 after moving out on orders from my command. They will not work with you even though separation is on their own contract. October 26, 2020The lawn maintenance has definitely improved tremendously. Trimming of the landscaping is top notch. There are some low areas that retain water due to heavy rains. More tenants with dogs are picking up dog waste regularly, but not everyone! The cart personnel are picking up trash and garbage from the parking lot. Tenants need to respect others by caring about their surroundings and stop throwing trash out of their cars. Overall the complex looks well manicured and clean.Property Manager Responded

September 23, 2020I have been a resident here for 2 week. Upon move in carpet was dirty, I had the carpet cleaned at my own expense. A/C air handler was filthy, the air filter had not been changed in years, the evaporator coils were caked and clogged with dirt and muck. I cleaned the air handler and evaporator coils myself. I was not told that the patio was prone to flooding that almost comes into apartment. Patio is in unusable state. Management is aware of the flooding and seems not to be concerned. No one has ...contacted me with any flooding mitigation plans, nor have any been attempted. I have just purchased thousands of dollars in furniture and do not want it destroyed. So far I would not give this community a positive review.Property Manager Responded
