Avoid This Place – Save Yourself the Headache
July 24, 2025If you’re considering moving here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This property is run by extremely incompetent management. Since the day we moved in, we’ve faced constant issues — including water leaks, poor air conditioning on the second floor, and worst of all, a severe cockroach problem. We had to get the Health Department involved just to get basic issues addressed. Communication is nearly impossible — management consistently ignores emails and avoids accountability. It's fine
May 15, 2024I have lived here for awhile and am moving out soon for a change of scenery. I do not believe these are quite worth the cost they are priced as their upgrades are now about a decade old but they are clean and decently kept. Office staff is great until there is a problem; the property manager and account manager will not call you back in a timely manner unless you have the time to continually call them until someone will speak with you. Communication to residents is sporadic for some issues and at ...times confusing but they do have a text communication system. Their solution to any issues regarding other residences was to call the non-emergency police line when that doesn't seem appropriate. The purpose of my review mostly is to give credit to how great the maintenance staff is; they overshadow the inconsistencies of the office staff. They respond quickly and have taken care of serious issues (including a busted pipe in my building's wall) thoroughly and in a timely manner!Property Manager Responded

September 7, 2023I lived here for one year. In that time, my basement apartment flooded no less than 5 times. They came out to rectify the situation on the 4th visit, and it helped for awhile, but it never stuck. The first time I got $100 off rent for my damaged items, but nothing else ever happened. My lease ended on August 31, and on July 11 I emailed regarding upgrading to a larger unit. We played phone tag for 7 weeks and I never got any answers. They say they called me twice in that time, but I don't have ...record of it and they have yet to provide dates and times for those calls. So by the second week of August, I still had no idea what was happening and if I would be moving or not. I needed more space, so I found alternate housing. They then told me that I did not provide enough vacate notice (60 days), despite the fact that I had been trying to leave this specific apartment for nearly 2 months at that point. Now they are making me pay rent until October for a space I don't have keys to. When moving out, I also found mold on several of my items. Unfortunately, I didn't have the insight to take photos, but it is what it is. Throughout all of this, the property manager has been incredibly rude and unhelpful.
