February 28, 2025Just moved out of Westminster and want to thank everybody for giving me such a lovely stay while I was here visiting from India. Such great hospitality and care. This place is truly the best apartment complex I’ve stayed at. The maintenance staff is super responsive and the leasing office is very friendly. November 18, 2024I am very happy with my apartment at this complex. My first time in an apartment in 30 years and I can truly say it has been a very good experience and I look forward to renewing my lease in January for another year. The unit was renovated, and the management staff and maintenance team are very responsive. I also love the walk, ability to get to really cool restaurants and shopping. I also like the fact that many of the residents have been here for many many years. The Pool is huge and nice. I ...really like the gym too. Great place to be
September 22, 2022II have lived here for 8 years and have been very happy. William in the leasing office always goes above and beyond for me. The entire team does a phenomenal job taking care of the property and its residents. Management changed some time ago and they are really making great improvements to the property.
