Cockroach infestation!
April 18, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe management here are so scummy and do not care about their tenants. I have had issues with cockroaches since I've moved in, that was about December that I started complaining. It is now April of the next yr and they have done nothing about it. They also make you feel stupid every time you talk to them, won't tell you who the owner is, and get pissed off at you for calling on the office phone outside of business hrs to the point of threatening fines and eviction. Bedbugs and liars
May 18, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI thought I had bed bugs for months and they constantly reassured me that wasn't the case after performing "checks." They were not qualified and come to find out, when I brought in a professional, I had an extreme bed bug infestation. I lost pretty much everything I owned. Also, I know they knew because I talked with neighbors after it was confirmed and the previous tenant had a severe bed bug infestation.
Never returned my security deposit, ignoring my emails

June 29, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI have been living here for about two years, and it’s the best apartment I have ever lived. The staff are wonderful, great management, very friendly maintenance people. I have never had any unsolved issues. They also have a very nice coffee machine offering free Starbucks coffee 24/7. Overall definitely five stars experience!
Don't trust them
December 21, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI've just left one apartment 3 weeks ago. They didn't come to check the apartment before in spite of we had met. They said to me that that day would check the apartment which I had cleaned and they would refund the deposit. This fact succeed 3 weeks ago and I've not still my money. You must not trust them.Property Manager Responded
January 17, 2019In accordance with your Lease Agreement and Ohio State law a landlord has 30 days to return your deposit. You departed the property on December 2, 2018. Your deposit was returned to you on December 17, 2018, which was well before the 30-day deadline. Since you returned to Spain, you did not allow time for this international bank transaction to complete before you left this review. We are sorry the Security Deposit was not handled to your satisfaction, but based on our interaction with you and seeing you and your roommate playing pool and utilizing the common areas and amenities, we trust you enjoyed your stay otherwise. It was a pleasure to have you and your roommate stay with us. We hope you consider us again for your tenancy should your travels bring you back Stateside.
