There’s trash everywhere outside, including in the bushes, trees, and parking lot. The garbage bins are always overflowing, and bags of pet poop are all over the ground because of the overflow.
. When and if someone comes in the building to clean after I call, they vacuum the steps and leave the cobwebs, the hundreds of dead bugs that surround the doorway, and window seals. It’s embarrassing to have visitors.

I've lived here for over ten years. Up until 2021, I NEVER had ANY ROACHES. Now they are EVERYWHERE!! In the hallways leading into the building, on the balconys, in the pipes. I am utterly disgusting that my seven year old cannot even play on the floor because I spray raid like a lunatic. DO NOT RENT HERE, AND PRAY THAT I FIND SOME PLACE ELSE TO LIVE ASAP!!!!

They send over exterminators that only fix the issue in the apartment and then weeks later the roaches come back from other apartments in the building or even the HALLWAYS of the building. My door has had multiple roaches on them from the hallways. I feel so disgusted, I stopped cooking and can't even sit on the couch. I live there for few years but thing now run out hands i live at 163 i can tell u this is the worst part when u open then door u going to see black dirty carpet smell like dead rats.when someone come visit me they ask me what’s is going on we smell dead animals out side .the carpet by the entrance looks like no one clean it or touch for 20 years . These complexes, including their own leasing office, is infested with roaches and there are animals living in the walls of the apartment buildings tearing away the walls. Maintenance won't help you, I've tried for years to get them to fix this place up with no progress. Garbage is left all over the hallways and outside. Horrible managment ! Stay away ! I used to live at 177 overmount ave, first floor . I lived there for about 3 months with my wife and 2 infants then i had to move out due to noisy neighbors upstairs and noisy garage right beneath our apt. My babies had a very hard time sleeping due to all the loud noises even late at night . I made several complains and one of them is written to the manager there before i moved out and they did nothing. After 3 months of moving, i finally received the security ...
deposit which was only $400 of the $1700 i paid before i moved in because i broke the lease and the bookkeeper is claiming that i never made a complain despite the witnesses i have in their leasing office ! Don't be fooled by all the positive reviews and stay away !

Instead of trimming the vegetation, the management is cutting the beautiful bushes out --- in Woodland Park!!! Degraded looking neighborhood! Roofs are leaking and collapsing, shingles need to be replaced, gutters are full of holes, broken, leaking, many parts are missing. Many complaints, never checked, never fixed. Now, they are waisting money of cutting the marvelous greens out. Brainless!

There is NO parking. Multiple cars for the same person occupying spaces. Some don't move their cars for months, sometimes even a year but you'll be told my maintenance that those people are "probably on vacation". I've been told that mice and roaches "just live in the building and there's nothing they can do about it" so they'll give you a glue trap. Apartments are literally falling apart at the seams. Move somewhere else.

We moved a few weeks ago and so far we are very happy. Staff are very nice, friendly and maintenance is on point. They gave us a little gift when we moved like cleaning supplies. Paper towel, toilet paper, sponge etc. The complex is very clean. You can see people walking around the complex.. Your neighbors will makes you feel that you're at home!
Honestly, you get what you pay! it comes with Water, Heat, Trash Removal, Sewer, you just pay for electricity and gas ( I made my searches and it will ...
be around between $60.00- $70.00 monthly, of course it depends of how much you use.) Close to major local highways 3, 46, 80, and the Garden State Parkway! There are beautiful houses around the complex that makes everything even better! When my boyfriend and I were looking for apartments we were very undecided because of the reviews that some people wrote here but we gave it a chance and more than this impossible!

I cannot fit all I want to say in this post but I will sum it up by saying, "Save yourself the stress!"
Roach problem, maintenance issues - they are not helpful or responsive, no parking past 8pm, an abundance of handicap parking spots for individuals clearly not handicapped with YET ANOTHER one added today, rude staff whose office is either closed or "on break" - no evening times, heat overload! - "heat included" means you cannot control your heat and they will blast it from October-March, more ...
and more "employee parking" spots added - for whom may I ask!?, mandatory $180 pool fee for a dirty, overcrowded, gross pool where you can't even take your family to on the weekend, horrible efforts during winter storms - often late to work or cannot leave the parking lot to go to work due to lack of snow removal.... and the list goes on and on.
Just stay away.

I just move here a month and I can't agree more with what other people said about the parking lot. There's never parking after 7pm in washington dr! And also the street is all destroyed It need to be fix! I'm gonna have to buy new tires before than expected! Also some pleople in building 7 keep trowing the garbage outside the can and my apartment is right next to it.
