When I first moved in 3 years ago, the property was maintained very well, maintenance staff was very attentive and the front office staff was friendly. Now, the hallways, pool, etc. aren’t cleaned weekly. There’s always a lot of trash/furniture in the parking garage. There’s a sign in the parking garage, written on cardboard, with misspelled words. The security gates are either not working or always left up. The doors from the garage and hallway have been broken for months. It ...seems as though no one answers the phone in the leasing office unless the manager is there. I tried accessing the leasing office this past Saturday, the lights were on, but both doors were locked. Not to mention, it’s taken months to get some of my maintenance issues resolved. Since that has nothing to do with actually living here, I can’t say too many things about living here. So far things are okay. Maintenance response times are great but often we need several follow ups to fully resolve issues. If they were all one and done that would be a five star experience.Property Manager Responded
