    Management is nice and able to answer questions. Some small challenges w/ the apartment since we moved in, nothing major. One issue is the gym, most of the equipment does not work.

    Like everything except a water leak. Was cleaned up fairly quickly, but frustrating to deal with. Also the air conditioning unit sometimes seems like its not working.

    It’s been better. When I first moved in 3 years ago, the property was maintained very well, maintenance staff was very attentive and the front office staff was friendly. Now, the hallways, pool, etc. aren’t cleaned weekly. There’s always a lot of trash/furniture in the parking garage. There’s a sign in the parking garage, written on cardboard, with misspelled words. The security gates are either not working or always left up. The doors from the garage and hallway have been broken for months. It ...
    seems as though no one answers the phone in the leasing office unless the manager is there. I tried accessing the leasing office this past Saturday, the lights were on, but both doors were locked. Not to mention, it’s taken months to get some of my maintenance issues resolved. Very frustrating and disappointing.

    I would give living here five stars if the application and move in process was better. Since that has nothing to do with actually living here, I can’t say too many things about living here. So far things are okay. Maintenance response times are great but often we need several follow ups to fully resolve issues. If they were all one and done that would be a five star experience.

  • Very poor management service

    I have lived at westmount at ashwood since 2016 which used to be walton ashwood before gray star owned the property. Before gray star, ashwood walton was running by different people and honestly was one of the best property and very good management team BUT as soon as became GRAY STAR property, everything changed to be very awful manners and the majority of people left in less then couple months expect me. Now the property is so dirty and trash is everywhere, nothing is working like out door ...
    grills, gates are broken, diali box most of time is out of service .on top of everything, MY UNIT IS OUT OF HOT WATER, i asked almost last month to change it but after couple weeks, they replaced the water heater with the smaller water heater and not i can take shower less than 7 minutes and must wait hrs to water get just warm enough to put my 5 year old son in the shower. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE. DO NOT MAKE MISTAKE AT ALL. Stay away from this property for sure

    Friendly staff, nice location that’s walking distance to many shopping centers and eateries. Nice amenities and community events to get know your neighbors.

    Location is great. But the security is not what it used to be. The key fob doors from the main parking haven’t worked in months. The workout facility is not upgraded.
