April 28, 2025Beautiful people in calm community environment so far. Green grass for the kids and doggies. Would like more maintenance Outsourcing and fixing major oasis like green pool, poorly maintained BBQ area (no propane and racks destroyed) and clean functional dog park (broken water fountain doggie bowl). I like to have a patio space and option to clip my dog to the outdoors to sit with me in morning coffee on patio to people watch it meditate on day to prep. Thankyou.Property Manager Responded

April 14, 2025People are very nice and community is pleasant. Management are helpful but I have yet to see maintenance. Need more covered park spots as it is falsely advertised as such. My suggestion is to hire more maintenance and service staff for routine maintenance issues, then possibly get new laundry facilities. External windows and screens are disgusting and could easily be maintained with a regular wash routine. Pool looks as if pH is off and microbial growth present, needs regular maintenance... very ...green. Dog park and pool need immediate attention for health code violation risk in my opinion.Property Manager Responded

Avoid this place
February 2, 2024There has been no hot water in my apartment for several days called the leasing office they said they are fixing the problem but it’s taking to long we bearly get warm water. Also the lights are outdated and maintenance don’t know to replace outdated things. The leasing people in the office and management never pick up the phone or return your calls they don’t even try to solve your problem just makes it worse. Also the apartments are infested with roaches everywhere not even the pest control can ...do much. I use the handicap parking I have a pass and other people who don’t have a pass use the parking and I complain and complain and they can’t do anything about it they just let other people take advantage of the situation I can’t wait until my lease is up soon can’t wait to get out of this dirty placeProperty Manager Responded
