August 5, 2025As a new tenant i’ll say customer service has been great & the complex seems y and peaceful. However i am a bit concerned with the lack of communication and punctual maintenance response. Especially when the expectation should be any unit that is rented out is checked to have all items in take and ready to be occupied before move in date. i hope i am wrong but so far the first impression is a bit concerning.Review from Apartments.com

May 26, 2025Westmount at Mason is a very quiet community. They have excellent response to maintenance requests. A very nice community center with pool and eating area with grills. Even though I don't have a pet, they are very pet friendly.Property Manager Responded

March 31, 2025The community here is quiet and it feels relaxing. We do live close to academy so we hear the trailers in the morning. It’s not so bad but it does wake us up. The apartment were clean and it looked nice when we moved in. So far we are loving living hereProperty Manager Responded

Get receipts and proof of EVERYTHING
March 14, 2025I wasn’t going to leave a review because I’m not the kind of person to want to leave complaints, but here we go. It was great when we moved in, in 2021, but went completely downhill. We moved out November 2024. Keep a copy of any and all paperwork and get proof of all interactions with any employee. You cannot take them at their word. We moved out on a Saturday, turned in our keys to the office. They told us we didn’t need to sign anything, we were good to go. And now they are coming back trying ...to say we didn’t move out until the following Monday and charged us rent for those days. Also, maintenance sucked while we were there. Our apartment wasn’t ready when we moved in. It was still dirty and had a leaky faucet. At one point our front door lock was loose. We had to call multiple times and it took a month for them to come fix it. We had a broken microwave handle that kept coming off but all they wanted to do was glue it back. We lived there 3 years and they never addressed our electrical problems we reported day 1. Our stove never worked right because of it. Parking was horrific. If you came in at night, good luck finding a spot. Some people even had to park in the street behind the complex because there would literally be zero spots that were not ones you had to pay forProperty Manager Responded
