Just Moved in, area is quiet and peaceful. Control Access to the facility with the gate been only available for residents is plus. Pool looks clean and Maintenance busy keeping stuff running. Glad to call this place home.

The appliances don't work. It is old and dirty. The people don't keep their big dogs on leashes and it is not safe because they run right up to me and my small dog .

Terrible Apartments - Do Not Rent Here

We have been here a few weeks and have had too many problems with the appliances. Our front burner only works half of the time. The maintenance came twice and have not been able to fix it. They hardly tried. Our washing machine only works half the time too. It tore up my clothes. When they got the loose metal out, it starting shutting off half the time. I spoke with the Interim Manager and the head Maintenance Technician and was promised help. Maintenance said they would come that day, ...
but it has been 2 days and they did not keep their word or contact us. There is trash all over the place, the landscaping is a total wreck and it floods so bad your shoes get covered in mud. I cannot recommend this apartment in any way.

Westmount at Mason Creek has a great office staff. Every maintenance issue is handled promptly and proficiently. I would recommend these to anyone that wants a nice apartment at an affordable price!!
