I love the layout of the one-bedroom apartment, and the area is convenient for shopping and beaches and if you need to take a bus the bus line is right there. December 9, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comWalls are thin I can hear pets and people next door and across the way at all times plus if people are coming up the stairs you can hear it all and shakes the living room at times depending how aggressive someone comes up the stairs. Need assigned parking whether we have to pay a monthly fee or not no one should have to park far away when they bring groceries in or etc. plus sometimes people smoke right outside either when you are coming up the stairs or in front of the stairs and it?s a turn off ...for me to invite my family which do not smoke and for my 3 year old who takes a little bit of time to come up the stairs. The basic off white paint they use throughout the apartment is constantly chipping even in areas that are never touched and very hard to get off the floors once it flakes off. The gate never is working and there should probably be two trash disposals for such a large complex because on certain days there is a massive amount of trash in front of the door that you can?t even get past the steps because it?s all been torn open by raccoons. Other then that it?s a nice amount of space at a good rental rate and plenty of closet space.Read More
