Awful and Overpriced
May 26, 2025This place is terrible. It might look ok from the outside but living here is a nightmare. First of all, it's supposed to be a smoke-free complex according to their website but of course the rude disrespectful people that choose to move here and smoke weed and cigarettes anyway do so and get away with it. The air here is never fresh combined with that and the airport right up the road, and I have frequent coughing/headaches from living here. Management couldn't care less no matter how much you ...complain about it. There is no laundry room in the building and you have to do your laundry in the hallway so you bump into and are in the way of anyone else in the hall, which is awkward and annoying. Oh, and the dryers barely work and you have to put extra coins to even fully dry your clothes. Also, management thinks that I am supposed to be ok with listening to screaming children and rude disrespectful neighbors living upstairs stomping at nearly all hours of the day/night and of course nothing is done about that either. The master bedroom ceiling in my unit is constantly creaking from the upstairs neighbors walking and sounds like it will eventually collapse one day. Maintenance and pest control are a joke as well and they rarely show up when you request, only when they want. Will be looking for another place to live ASAP.Property Manager Responded

No Parking, Bugs, Entered my Home with No Notice
August 11, 2023I would not live here if you are considering it. The maintenance team entered my home without calling me my first month of living here. I could not access the "24/7" gym for three months of living here. The second pool near my apartment hasn't been open all summer. Parking is ridiculous. There were no more available resident parking spots available, and my car was towed for being in visitor parking when I had no other choice. I had to pay $180 of my own money to get my car back, and I was late ...for work because of it. They will not compensate me for it. They claim the towing company is to "help residents"; however, you still will never have available parking near your apartment. Not to mention the many bugs, my kitchen ceiling fan hanging halfway off the ceiling, my kitchen floor bubbling up and folding in on itself, and my deck having a piece of wood hanging off of it. People always complain of packages being stolen, and if you have an issue, management will not call you back. Please listen to me when I say, this is not a good place to live at.Property Manager Responded

October 20, 2020Weston park apartments are in poor condition. My apartment is near the entrance door and I can hear the door slam every time someone enters or leaves. The main entrance door is horrible. There is a gap in the door. Which cause my door to rattle when the main entrance door closes. The hallways are horrible and need to be re-painted.
