November 24, 2024We moved to an apartment this year, it's been very upsetting to walk to your appointment and see the terrible condition of the landscape around the community. They don't care, I send emails, go in person and talk to Flori about problems. And all I get as an answer " sorry but we only care about the entrance. That's where they plant flowers and add mulch. The rest it's not their problem. I took pictures and send it to the emails to the manager but received not one response. In addition, the ...window panes have been removed and now we can't see clearly out the windows, they look dirty and very old. If you are looking to rent here, make sure to see not only inside the apartment but also around. The whole place needs new windows to replace any with discolouration.Property Manager Responded

Deposit return issue-
September 30, 2022I put ZERO, if I there is an option. Nightmare to get the deposit back. I have been chasing for my deposit for long time. Not received it after 10 WEEKS!!!As per the contract it must be returned within 2 WEEKS .But still now I have been chasing (after 10 weeks) without any proper answer from landlord about when will they issue the check!! They start looking into my deposit ,8 weeks after I left the apartment. Totally unbelievably poor service. They ignored my emails and calls for my deposit. So ...may be worth to start chasing your deposit after due date(2 weeks :check your contract).They don't provide any phone no to escalate or they don't resolve it. Strangely, the check is issued from head office, California ... Even Manager don't want to talk to finance department to resolve it ,than prefer to send an email(I am not sure whether it is true) I found that they are not completed the paper works on time and now I am suspicious about the delay!!!.. Good luck with you deposit. I don't know how long I have to wait ...I want to know from landlord about the reason for the delays, if they are able to answer it publicly and it will be useful for the future and current tenants.Consider the high price ,poor service and stress before you select your next apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Very poor check in experience
October 22, 2019I have check in and they were not given me the key because I submitted Car title in place of registration. After that they are not able to give me lease copy even after 24 hours and I need to go school for my kids admission. Rules and policies should be both sides. If leasing office is delaying something they should also pay fine. Will not recomendable anyone in future.Review from Apartments.com
