I love the atmosphere. The landscaping, well lit areas, family areas near the pool and movie areas. There are always friendly people with their dogs in passing. Feels clean & safe. Another bonus is the food trucks they have lined up once a week. It is super convenient having those options around the time you are getting off of work.

The outdoor areas and amenities are pretty great here and the office staff are super nice and maintenance is very helpful. I also love the events and food trucks the staff put on for residents. However, it is a bit disappointing that the gates constantly break down when that was one of the factors we considered and asked about when searching for apartments (and we were told they stay in good shape). The only other thing to speak on is the rent hike between leases was a little steeper than I am ...
used to, with no incentives to renew. It would be an awesome addition for those who renew if an upgrade could be selected after renewal, especially for those of us paying high prices in unrenovated units. All that to say, I do really enjoy living here, but there are a few improvements that could be made.

I’ve lived here almost 2 years and have enjoyed it since day one. Maintnenace is quick. The staff put on fun events for the residents and really enjoy their jobs. You can tell. The property is clean. The pool is nice and relaxing.
