Great apartment with nice pool
October 7, 2025I’ve lived here almost 2 years and have enjoyed it since day one. Maintnenace is quick. The staff put on fun events for the residents and really enjoy their jobs. You can tell. The property is clean. The pool is nice and relaxing.Property Manager Responded

Take a look under the hood...or it'l cost ya.
July 2, 2024I have lived here for 6 years. I would have given this place more stars, but I've had a bad experience with them these past 2 years, prior to those 2 years, it was tolerable. Overall, their outside environments matter more than their insides to the staff. They school zoning is horrible. Their technically in Madison, but their High School is Columbia vs Bob Jones (the closer of the two). The school zoning line goes AROUND the apartments. Their kitchens are walk in closets, and extremely ...narrow. We've made complaints directly to maintenance and at the office about lack of microwave tray (wrong size one originally, and with the one they gave as a replacement). And we still have to use our own plate with it. They have pest control outside of their apartments, but not inside unless you pay a fee. They provide valet trash you HAVE to pay for, even if the trash isn't picked up for a week cause of snow. Even if you are fined three times for having trash bags on the floor (this wasn't a fine or a thing prior to Dec 2023. And they started fininig without proper notice.) If you want to opt out of it, you can't. So we don't leave our trash out any more. They put stickers on cars with out of date tags or a flat tire due to weather (and covid, not needing to drive anywhere) for notice of towing. I didn't see a sticker, I drive my car once a week...maybe, cause of working from home after covid. Yet they text blast us for every little community event or party. But they can't notify us when stickers are put on cars to make their outsides look nice. They towed our car and wouldn't have noticed it was gone except for a helpful neighbor. This cost us hundreds of dollars in towing and storage fees for the car. They consider a sticker, that can be taken off, proper notification...... We are leaving this place in mid Aug. Terminating our lease early. We gave them their required TWO month notice, and they are charging us over 3000+ dollars on cleaning fees and "reletting" fees, despite giving proper notice and terminating due to change of life circumstances. This is in addition to all the other fees they like to tack on for everything else they do. I'd advice staying away. I've talked to their leasing agents, and I just get an "ok, you do that" after giving legitimate complaints. We regret ever renting from this place, and after 20+ years of renting with my wife, this is the first apartments that have tried to charge and fee us like this.Property Manager Responded

Better apartments for better price
October 14, 2019I lived here for 12 months. The maintenance people were terrible . They would always walk in unnanounced and never knocked before entering. They also leave all the lights on and change the air conditioning. It is disturbing when they just come in anytime they want. I don't care if it's the middle of the day ! They have also left our door unlocked several times after leaving when they come when my husband or I are not home. This apartment complex is a joke and unsafe. Also we had pets and they ...make you pay for more carpet than what square footage of carpet is actually in the apartment . Also very I'll mannered staff. Renter beware
September 11, 2017Old apartments with very thin walls, I can hear every word my neighbors say in the surrounding apartments. Also the office staff is very shady. I moved here 11 months ago while I was building my house and signed a 12 month lease. While in the office last week picking up a package I mentioned to one of the sales people that this was my last month and she told me I would have to pay for an extra month since I was giving a 30 day notice instead of a 60 day notice. I explained that I let them ...know when I signed the lease that I would be moving at the end of the lease but they said it didn't matter and that if I didn't pay for extra months they would turn it in to a collection agency. I contacted a lawyer and he said to not pay them another dime and any harm they caused to my credit could easily be undone. Bottom line is, save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to live.Property Manager Responded

The satisfaction of our residents is of the utmost importance to us, so we're sorry you feel we missed the mark regarding the condition of your home and the level of our service. Unfortunately, noise transfer between homes is part of living in such close proximity with other people and we encourage residents to chat with us in the office if they feel their neighbors are ever violating any community guidelines. And in accordance with the Fair Housing Act, we must equally apply our policies to all our residents. A written 60-day notice is required in the event that a resident does not plan to renew the lease. We try our best to make our move-out policies clear in the lease agreement, so it is unfortunate that there seems to have been some sort of misunderstanding or miscommunication. Value, proximity, incredible staff
August 20, 2015This complex is squarely in the middle of Madison on US 72. 5-10 minutes from anywhere in Madison and only a short drive to research park, red stone arsenal, and most major employers in the area. The complex is well maintained, with contemporary appliances, a wide selection of paint colors and ample parking. The pool is large and centrally located for all. Last but not least the staff makes it all happen. From the first time you visit to your first service call the staff ALWAYS goes above ...and beyond to make it right.. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!
August 10, 2015I have been a resident here for almost 2 years and I love it. The apartments affordable, very spacious very clean and in a very nice safe neighborhood. The grounds are very well kept and the staff is very friendly. The office is opened every day and they occasionally hold functions for the residents such as monthly birthday parties and holiday parties and dinners. For me this is not an apartment complex it's an apartment community and I love it.Review from Apartments.com

August 4, 2015The great thing about this place and the scenery. The landscaping is always kept up along with the gardening.
