BUGS AND BROKEN WINDOWS!
March 23, 2026Be careful when you take a tour and visit Weston Reserve in Morrisville… the property management doesn’t have the residents best interests in mind. I moved in last year and immediately needed repairs to all my windows in my living and kitchen area, but those still haven’t been made. Also, it took almost 3 months for me to receive a dryer that works. And, I’ve had to have pest control stop and spray my unit three times now! August 20, 2025The roach problem here is out of control. The cabinets are ancient, probably 50 years old, and clearly never maintained. I raised two maintenance tickets and nothing was done. It’s frustrating and unacceptable. At this point, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the area. I’ll change my start ratings if my issues are promptly addressed in the future.Property Manager Responded

August 11, 2025Me and my roommate moved in august 2nd to find our apartment had entire carpeted floors. We paid for hardwoods so this was quite the surprise obviously. Leasing office tried to move us into another unit, but it didn’t have other amenities that we had requested. Property manager hasn’t contacted us in over a week to work on fixing the issue of us paying for floors we don’t have. Apartments are nice in general at least, and the gym is good too.Property Manager Responded

July 30, 2025Maintenance is poor. Getting anything fixed here is an exercise in futility; work orders routinely take months to complete, even after countless follow-ups. This isn't just an inconvenience; it often impacts daily living, leaving residents to contend with broken appliances or unresolved issues for far too long. It's clear there's either a severe shortage of staff or a complete disregard for residents' comfort. Adding to the never-ending maintenance woes is the consistently unfriendly and ...unhelpful staff. Every interaction feels dismissive, and there's a distinct lack of willingness to genuinely address concerns or provide any meaningful assistance. This creates an unwelcoming atmosphere that only compounds the frustration. While the location might seem appealing, the persistent problems with neglected maintenance and unapproachable staff make this apartment complex incredibly difficult to recommend.Property Manager Responded

I love the ammenities, screened balcony that i was not expecting to come with our floor plan, how close everything is to us.. the only reason I can’t give 5 stars is when moving in, our dryer was overheating, our dishwasher didn’t work and although maintenance came to replace our dryer and fix the dishwasher, our dishwasher is now not working again.. to follow that up, friday night our knobs popped off of the stove and we couldn’t turn the ...burners off. we ended up having to unplug the whole stove/oven and called all weekend to the emergency number for maintenance and not once did anyone pick up to help. That has become very frustrating as I can’t cook anything unless it’s in a microwave. I know with issues, it can sometimes be a wait, but that was the whole point of us calling the emergency number because it kind of was an emergency, so to have no one contact us at all or even answer the phone, it’s disappointing.Property Manager Responded
