Great place to live and great management
July 20, 2025I lived at Westown Gardens Apartments for 5 years, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. Ildi and her husband are top-notch managers—always prompt and professional in handling any issues that came up. Their responsiveness and care made a huge difference in my stay. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from Great Northern Mall, Crocker Park, and countless great restaurants. While many places in Westlake charge an arm and a leg, Westown Gardens is far more affordable without ...sacrificing quality. The community is quiet and friendly, and I always felt welcome. Very bad place to live

Affordable in Westlake
June 6, 2023Ildi and her husband, top notch, prompt responses to any issues throughout my 5 years there. Close to Great Northern, close to Crocker Park, and so many restaurants for dining. Most westlake places charge an arm and a leg because of the location, Westwoods way more affordable. Quiet friendly neighbors made my stay very welcome. Good manager, nice place to live
May 29, 2023Lived here with my boyfriend and cat from 2019-2023. The manager, Ildi, is very kind, quickly responds to problems, and works hard with her husband to keep the place in good shape. They both live on-site, which is very helpful if any issues arise. The community is safe and people are generally quiet and respectful of each other. December 28, 2022Llidiko , the manager of the apartment complex has been one of the nicest and kindest of apartment managers I’ve meet to date. My Father 2 of my brothers and Sister and Niece have had apartments there. She has treated everyone of my family as her own. I highly recommend this place for living. I have upmost respect on how they have been to my family over the years, one of my brothers was a tenant for 20 years he loved it so much. (He’d still be living there if he hadn’t passed away) put it like ...this…… he’d rather have lived att Westown Gardens then move in with me, and I was his best friend and brother….. January 30, 2016I've lived here for 3 years. I don't think I'll ever move. I have never been more comfortable living in an apartment.There are great neighbors and the and management is attentive to the needs of the renters. I love them. They work tirelessly to make sure your needs are met. The entryways are clean and well maintained. If you don't have pets there are pet free buildings. At Westown we get to enjoy simple, maintenance free living at an affordable cost. The pricing is very competitive and dog friendly as well (hard to find and very important to some of us!)
