Do not waste your hard earned money here!
October 28, 2023I currently live here. This place is nasty. Roach infested, mold, cars broken into, dog poop everywhere you walk. Maintenance is terrible, nothing is fixed correctly. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere. The positive reviews are mostly employees from the past or present. And one more thing, it’s supposed to be a gated community but yet they have the code wrote on the box to get in that’s dumb.Review from Apartments.com
Love it here
June 8, 2021I can't thank you enough Rockstar for our new apartment manager, Lisa! She is a real gem! I have been here 16 years and have seen the staff here come and go! Some good , some not so! I've pretty much seen it all here and I can tell you some of the things I've seen and heard has been an unpleasant experience in the beginning when I first arrived here until Rockstar stepped in and made improvements! Lisa seems to be very aware of what her job is and does it well! it's a pleasure to go in the ...office and sit down and tell her your needs.She's quick to respond and with a smile always! I don't think I've ever seen her not smile when you approach her!! Her attitude is wonderful and very professional and courteous!! I love that!! It makes for a comfortable environment when walking in that office and a more relaxed feeling of accomplishing things on a one on one, and feeling that it genuinely is! She is Just a delightful and refreshing addition to this apartment complex!! It has not always been that way I assure you! Not only is Lisa doing a fantastic job, but is so considerate and caring, and In this business that's a must!! Maintenance is also working hard to improve! I just adore Alvaro, and I have full confidants in him when he works on my apartment.He's been here a long rime and has never disappointed me! I trust him immensely and Not worried one bit if i'm not able to be there for someone to come in! Thai's a bonus too! So Rockstar, let's keep this going because the road paved here seems like one someone would want to continue traveling! Thanks for improving Westport apartments as they' have needed a face lift for a long time now! DONT DO IT
March 21, 2020Don’t waste your time they charge you for everything for water trash extermination fees the remote to the gate the gate never works ever. If you are not a smoker do not move here these apartments are supposedly no smoking it’s in your lease you sign in your lease that you will only smoke on your patio. I have complained four times the guy below me smokes in his apartment, it is in my clothes my furniture my closet my whole apartment smells like a cigarette but I don’t smoke, you complain they ...do nothing but yet it’s in your lease it’s a violation if you smoke in your apartment. Dog fee per month is 25 most places it’s 10, you have to walk your dog outside the gates outside the gates at night it’s pitch black there’s no lights the cars speed down the road this is not safe. If your dog is caught urinating inside the gates it’s a $25 violation but yet someone can smoke in their apartments and they do nothing. Don’t be fooled by the amenities that they list they suck there’s no gym. They need to put more money into making the apartments nicer, the updates are cheaply done. My lease is up in three months and it cannot come soon enough don’t waste your time go pay a little more money at a nicer complex you will regret it if you move here. I’m not gonna sit here and pay all this money for rent to have my stuff smell like a cigarette and breathe in second hand smoke. Everything here that is offered has a charge behind it including the parking.Property Manager Responded

amazing!!!
August 19, 2019brittany is absolutely amazing!! we have hit hard times but yet instead of automatically evicting us, she was willing to work with us and even gave me some numbers to call! plus the neighborhood is quiet and the apartments are spacious!!! this will always and forever be my favorite place to live!! no matter what the residents go through the maintenance and the property managers are always there willing to help and lend a hand if needed!! plus its always a plus when you know you can talk with them ...about anything in private and know it stays that way. if theres a problem it gets looked at that same day! i love westport apartmentsProperty Manager Responded

Very Nice Place To Live
January 16, 2019I have been living here since 2017. The new management company has made some wonderful changes. Maintenance is always solving problems and timely manner and office management is always helpful and friendly. August 26, 2015The exterior and interior of the apartment is great & the location. Unfortunately there are often mandatory breaks around the apartment, in utility areas that maintenance drags their feet to repair or halfway does the job. This can be very frustrating and overwhelming when you don't have anyone you can truly depend on. & Rent being through the roof, making it harder to pay someone to actually do the job right the first time.Review from Apartments.com
