March 17, 2026I just moved into Westport Lofts this past weekend and love it! Eboni and Heather have been amazing throughout my leasing journey. I know these girls stay busy but they keep a smile on and show up. I hope they get the recognition they deserve! The maintenance supervisor is also great and I appreciate him! I love that you can text with the property if it isn’t something urgent and general questions. The resident portal app has a community page for residents which is awesome! Just a 10-minute drive from downtown Wilmington and a quick 2-minute stroll from Belville Riverwalk, this apartment complex boasts top-notch amenities. The fitness center is well-stocked and rarely packed, while the pool area feels like a luxurious resort during the summer – always clean and inviting with plenty of seating. What truly sets Wesport Lofts apart is its exceptional management team ...and lightning-fast maintenance. The entire management team is nothing short of amazing. Krista, Eboni, and Heather are all incredibly friendly, sweet, and genuinely make you feel like part of the family. They go above and beyond for their residents, being incredibly understanding and accommodating. They also host regular community events, which has been a great way to meet neighbors and feel a stronger sense of community. As for the maintenance team, Buck and Seth are incredibly quick and efficient when it comes to projects, big or small.
