She got it approved by her boss and the very next day they started working on it and had replaced the the heater. Thank Shivani and her maintenance team for take a good care and fast service. My only complaint is my carpet is very old . Having it steam cleaned once a year doesn’t do any good because it’s so old and dirty . And I am a clean person. The stains from sub floor raise to the surface hours after it’s cleaned . The rent is not exactly cheap so I would love new carpet . Or some kind of upgrades. Otherwise I love my apartment and ...all the staff . It’s been a nice experience. Thank you for all you do .Read More
