One of the things I appreciate most is how secure and comfortable the community feels. The property is well-maintained (though I'm hoping for more curb appeal with fresh new grass), and I’ve always felt at ease coming and going at any time of day. Another huge plus is the affordability. In a market where rent can get ...expensive quickly, this place offers great value for what you get. It’s nice to find somewhere that feels like home without stretching your budget. The location is also hard to beat. It’s close to shopping, restaurants, and everyday essentials, which makes running errands or going out really convenient. October 10, 2025Heater Replacement My heater was giving me troubles , I emailed Shivani about it and she send Keith maintenance guy to come check it out. upon checkout, the heater was still not working, so Shivani had to call the heating company to come check it out and they told her it needs to be replaced. She got it approved by her boss and the very next day they started working on it and had replaced the the heater. Thank Shivani and her maintenance team for take a good care and fast service. October 3, 2025Anna Buck The westridge apartments are managed very well . Shavani is very efficient. She takes care of things quickly. She is kind and thoughtful. My only complaint is my carpet is very old . Having it steam cleaned once a year doesn’t do any good because it’s so old and dirty . And I am a clean person. The stains from sub floor raise to the surface hours after it’s cleaned . The rent is not exactly cheap so I would love new carpet . Or some kind of upgrades.
