Quiet and peaceful
October 31, 2024I love living at Westridge. I am tucked away in a quiet culdesac, and I have a lovely view with a lot of singing birds and chirping crickets. Love my Home
October 22, 2024I am a senior and live with my emotional support dog Chloe. We both love living here. It is quiet and management is always friendly and helpful to me. I have a beautiful view of the snake river and the trees provide the beauty of every season. I have been here for 5 years now and I hope to be able to afford to live here for the rest of my life. The amenities are perfect for me and I enjoy that we get special events to get together and meet our neighbors.In the summer I really enjoy the beautiful ...pool and hot tub.Property Manager Responded

Lots of features, great view
September 17, 2023The staff is courteous, it has a swimming pool, hot tub, dog park, clubhouse, and exercise room with some equipment. The neighbors have been good. The only reservation I have is price, which is competitive but heaven knows the national economy isn't helping that anywhere.Property Manager Responded

September 14, 2023This place has it all. A pool and hot tub. Dog run for the pups. Community events that let you get to know neighbors. Quiet area away from the noise of downtown. Great place to live.

Not hygienic or move in ready clean
December 20, 2021Unbelievable that during a pandemic I would be expected to receive a property to be my home that is in a state of disrepair and not cleaned to any standard let alone enhanced cleaning. Traveled a long way and they did not abide by expected lease terms that renters can feel their health is safe by not having a unit clean and hygienic enough that I would not and did not even spend one night in it even after arduous travel. Would rather sleep in my Penske truck than in there. At least I know the ...truck had been cleaned!Property Manager Responded
