I've lived here for years, and I must say the management team has made a significant effort to get rid of the bad apples. property is in much better condition than it was a few years ago. Siding replaced this year as well.
Definitely heading in the right direction.

Westridge is well known for drug abuse and gun violence anyone renting should be aware of this as well as the animal policy being arbitrarily set by the new staff. Apartments will not be fixed if there is issues from wear and tear so buyer beware. Also be aware that neighbours will often fight and irt can be heard not just through the thin walls but the apartment block as a whole.
