August 13, 2017Management is non existent. We have "BLACK MOLD" in the apartment and they continue to vacillate and ignore the problem.....................We are seeking legal help to cure this problem................Find another place.Review from Apartments.com
Management is nice, but unable
September 11, 2016It's a nice little starting apartment for first time renters. It's a clean place, though a bit outdated and on the small side for what they ask. The biggest issue is the noise. The walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbor chopping vegetables on the other side of the wall. Also on top of that, the management never does anything about the noise complaints. People here have no respect for others in the other apartments and blast music so loud that the vibrations rattle the whole building, or ...so loud you can hear it from the building over.
