pay them ? they'll have to pay me to live there !
January 8, 2025I lived there from 1993-2005 ,and let me tell you the backwards sewage maintenance that went into the hallways ,and affected one's respiratory system ,as well as the rodent, and roach infested building should be tent covered ,and eradicate both the roach ,and vermin infesations . But the cheap owners of the complex were terrible , they used to even intimidate tenants about writing the reviews , or reporting to the county housing authority .The appliances (i.e. refrigerator were only cold enough ...the rot your milk in three days max ), as well as try to charge you for the oven not heating up , as well as seeing our rodent friend while one showers ( which to this day i have to look down everytime i get into the shower ,as well as getting cut on the bottom of my foot bleeding cause they couldn't do a half done job in tiling , when I finally left Hialeah , I was happy to leave those slums one calls village park apartments , I hope to see one day the complete demolition of those buildings .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
