Not Worth the Price

The only thing good about this place is the locks on the doors and the location.
-Apartments consistently smell like pot even if you don't smoke, it will enter through your vents.
-Management does not work with tenants on rent payment plans if you fall behind. They demand full payment and late fees included.
-They spray for bugs but you'll always find them, especially spiders.
-They rented me an apartment that I didn't even tour/see because the one on their site that I did pay for, was a ...
different layout completely.
-The flooring in the kitchen is just laid over the old tile and you can very clearly see it.
-They raised rent without notice then gaslighted me when I told them. Just sat and denied it when I gave them proof through payment history.
-You have to pay an extra fee for paying rent online through their own site.
-Over the New Years there was blood everywhere outside for 5-6 days, leading into the unit and was in the carpet and on the walls. They cleaned it up a couple days after being notified.
-Maintenance Requests will be ignored for almost a year until you make a big enough fuss about it
I've lived here for almost 2 years and am moving when my lease is up. That's why I'm on this site looking for a new apartment. Figured I'd give people the real, updated review for 2023.

Toured a studio and it seemed like they haven’t vacuumed the hallways in ages. Spiderwebs all over the windows/in the corners. A light was out in the vanity of the apartment they showed me. You would think that they would replace for a prospective resident, correct? Screen door to the patio was hard to shut & basically came off the track when I went to close it. They ghosted me on trying to schedule my 1st tour & didn’t respond until I opted out of texts. Then when I went to schedule again I ...

In less than 6 months, my unit has flooded twice. The first time they said they fixed it and then it flooded again worse than before. Management is terrible and are completely uncooperative, maintenance guys are all very nice but very unhelpful. Don’t recommend at all.

This place is bad, in the 6 mo. of me living here i spent 3 months without a working toilet. maintenence was over once a week minimum to auger the toilet. then after all this they called a plumber who left a hole in my wall, which wasnt filled for 2 months, in that time insect after insect entered my residence to say hi. THERE IS A REASON THERE ARE SO MANY VACANCIES. the office sucks, they are unoriganized, and never reply to attempted contact. the buildings are falling apart, they have constant ...

Great location, not much else

As others have said, the location simply can't be beat. You can't even hear the freeway most of the time, and there's so much shopping nearby and there's great access. On the other hand, not much else about this complex is noteworthy. The prices are too high for what is offered, even considering the location. The buildings are old and the apartments not in great shape. There is a huge bug problem -- no matter how much they treat for pest control. And their "treatment" isn't really treatment ...
anyway, they only treat what they consider to be problem areas of the apartment and not the whole thing. Maintenance is quick to respond, but I've had to put in a maintenance request for some reason or another every month I've lived here (for things like leaks and malfunctioning appliances). There is also no outgoing mailbox -- you have to mail letters either at the post office or at a collection box by the gas station.
All in all, if you have to find somewhere quick, it's an all right place to live, but I wouldn't say it should be a permanent solution.

The location can't be beat. Center street and I-80. The building are in good condition even though they are a little old. The management leaves a little to be desired. They make some decisions that don't make very much sense. For example: we once lost our trash dumpster for several weeks because the management wanted to install recycling bins. Great idea, but they removed our trash dumpster to do so. It really made things inconvenient while we couldn't take out our trash.
