Disgusting and not well maintained

Office staff is never in the leasing office. Phone calls and emails are not returned. All maintenance is done by outside contractors who do not do a good job and leave messes behind. It’s almost impossible to get a hold of someone when there is an issue.
The apartments are moldy. The vents and walls and laundry rooms are all moldy. They know about the mold and the only thing they do is paint over it. This is unsafe.

These apartments smell bad. They smell like pot and mold. The parking lots are full of potholes and puddles when it rains. These are gross and old and no one will pick up the phone. Don’t live here if you value your physical health, mental health, or well being.
