July 24, 2018Small apartments but well cared for and quiet in a beautiful setting! Didn't know if I would like it at first but after a year here I am more than satisfied. Maintenance is prompt and professional, place is well cared for and Patty is a great manager. Has been fair and understanding and always tries to help. LOVELY
May 14, 2018Beautiful place! Lovely grounds, well-kept and quiet. Manager is wonderful, friendly and no-nonsense. Over the years she has moved the riffraff out and we have a lovely, safe comfortable place to call home. Building is older but everyone respects each other and it shows. Terrible
August 8, 2016Terrible management. Terrible maintenance. I would not recommend these housing facilities to anyone. Buildings are dangerous and not up to code. Thin walls, inconvenient distance from stores, highways. Patty is beyond unprofessional.Review from Apartments.com
