I just moved in here and everything went great with my move. I like it here very much and I am glad to call this my new home. Everyone here, Property Mgr, Leasing Mgr and Maintenance, have all been so very nice and helpful.

I'd like to Thank Alexander Forrest LLC, First of all, for Taking over the Ownership and New MGMT. Team we have received. It came in a time of great need and happy to be a part of the Community. I'm greatly appreciative of the Maintenance Staff and Their Kind Help working through details one by one, to fix your needs as requested, through their Online Portal, Pretty neat no more having to go to office just type your request In, pretty simple so you don't forget the small things. Our new MGMT ...

team is Terrific, And I'll shout it out, Mr. Johnathon took over a great deal when he took position here, but day by day changes and all for the good, I've seen fold out. I'm very pleased with the MGMT. Here at Westwood, and Enjoy Living here, and I'm proud of what our new Owners and MGMT Stand for. We have a Wonderful Asst. Mgr. She's really quite a blessing as well. Very attentive to your needs and relays quickly with other Staff to solve your needs. Thankyou I know all places have there problems, but coming in and taking over such a site will take time and I know that Johnathon and his Staff will do just that! Excellent team We have here at Westwood Apts.And I look forward to being a resident here for years to come. So every place has issues, well this team takes care of issues just by request it may not be done and completed first day but it's not filed away, The Team is quite efficient when it comes to completing task. I'd like to Thank Johnathon and All His Staff for Accepting His Position Here in Texarkana, Texas, Though not from this Area, Id like to take a Moment and Welcome Him and His Family to this Area, and Hope We can assist Him in Making Westwood Apts. Living conditions and over crowded parking lot

1. Big pot holes are everywhere. Blind spot where a big palm tree blocking my vision from incoming tragic. 2. Cars parking spaces are too close together. Can't get any room to open my door while getting out of vehicle. 3. Can't get a bigger apartment because they're never available. After I been living here awhile. I'm stuck at studio apartment until I move out I guess. 4. Bad plumbing. Sinks gets stopped up every once in awhile. 5. Rent is too high for what the apartment is worth.

This property used to be GREAT. The office management is still wonderful, they are both nice and helpful people. You are guaranteed to be greeted with a smile. HOWEVER, The new owners have increased the rent significantly but have not fixed a lot of issues or made any updates. The newer prices are NOT worth what you are paying for, in some of these apartments.

I moved out my mom and dads home about a year and a half ago to start my life on my own and going to college. I must say I picked the right choice choosing Westwood Apartments in Wake Village for my first home. Employees are nice and when I need something fixed they are fast to get the job done. Located by local gym, park, grocery store, gas station. Perfect spot for local needs.
