January 31, 2024Westwood is really good. It's close to most of the things in Fargo. Many restaurants and grocery shops around it. It's located in the best spot in the town. Very peaceful and nobody bothers anybody. Very clean apartment and good floor plan.Property Manager Responded

November 17, 2023I have been in the Westwood 1, Apt 306 for 19 years (almost 20 years). I have liked the Westwood. The tech people have been good to repair in my apartment. However, the heater hasn't been working very well this year.Property Manager Responded

October 24, 2023Don’t rent here. Management is rude, and big work orders are put off and aren’t worked on. I have water traveling through unit and it’s been 1.5 years going into winter again and I’m still given the silent treatment or WO keep getting pushed out with excuses. Options given have been deal with water getting into unit during rain storms and use renters insurance for all damaged belonging or move out. Dont rent here. October 23, 2023Westwood Estates is placed in a great location in Fargo. There’s plenty to do around the area but also not too industrial and nature-friendly. The floor plans and square footage are great for the price. The lease and application was super easy, and I am especially grateful that I was able to get a virtual tour and apply from my computer from overseas before move-in day.
