Living here used to be ok before the started construction on towns home and completely screwed over the current residents. They cut off more than half the parking lot leaving nowhere to park but in fire lanes (and then getting a ticket) or in mud pits in the grass. There are large deep craters in the parking lot that could most definetly ruin your tires not being fixed. Water gets shut off at least once a week for four or more hours a day. Now they just told us our ONLY AMENITY the pool is going ...
to be closed for the season because of the construction too. There are plenty other apartments nearby maybe an extra hundred dollars or so a month but at least you can come home and park your car and use the amenities you’re parking thousands of dollars a month for!!

While we do not have anyone with your name listed as a resident of our community, we do want to address your concerns. We understand your frustrations with parking and are working to patch any potholes before the restoration of the lot following the construction of our townhomes. Harsh weather conditions this past month have delayed work on our lot, but please rest assured that we are on it. In the meantime, we are happy to discuss garage rentals or other parking solutions with you.
We have a host of amenities at our property including a BBQ/picnic area, a community event room, on-site fitness center, movie theater, business center, and more. Our pool closure is not for the season, but rather a delayed opening.
We thank all of our residents for their patience while we construct the townhomes to expand our community and encourage you to please contact our leasing office if you wish to discuss any of these concerns further.
